Hello. I just purchased Events Booking. I've been testing and here are my questions/issues:
  1. I purchased three tickets (Individual registration) in one transaction but I only received one ticket and QR Code. Am I supposed to receive three?
  2. I am the event creator. I logged in to test the checking feature but I am receiving a 403 (You do not have permission to checkin registrant). Please advise
  3. Is the EB Checkin app available for IOS?

Hello Dex

1. Not sure how you purchased three tickets using individual registration? If you want to purchase multiple tickets, you will need to use Group Registration

2. Maybe you don't have registrants management permission? See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/fronten...ission-configuration for permission configuration

3. As of right now, it's only available for Android only (it's developed by a third party developer, not us)

Answer: I did it with Max Tickets Per Booking (10) in Ticket Types. Image attached.

2. Maybe you don't have registrants management permission? See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/fronten...ission-configuration for permission configuration.

Answer: I'm a Super User and it's showing "Allowed".

1. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- Link to registration form

I would like to check the settings to see why only one ticket created instead of 3 tickets? Note that if you want to have multiple tickets created, you need to set Collect Members Information on ticket types setting of that event to Yes

2=> So strange to me. Not sure what method you are using to check-in registrants and see this error? Could you please let me know step by step what you did?

If you use QRCODE reader APP, I think the issue might happens because:

- You logged in using none www url (or with www)
- But the scanned QRCODE returns url with www (or none www)

Could you please check that, too?

I'm thinking it may be the custom fields. Do I need to collect names, emails, etc. for each member?

You should at least collect name (first_name, last_name) for each member

Another issue. The payment information displays an amount although a quantity has not been selected in Ticket Type.
