Gantry 5 & PHP 7

I am wanting to install Events Booking (which I didn't see in the forums list) on a site running Gantry 5, PHP7, with Rockettheme template.
Is this supported?

Yes. Events Booking works with Joomla 3.5, PHP7 and any Joomla templates (might be conflict in some case but our developers are available for support)

So in this case, you can go ahead to install Events Booking

Been meaning to get back to you on this. Your response time was good, but I needed an answer that day. So although I had purchased your software, for that particular project... I purchased a different solution, installed it... and moved on. I am however using your product on a site and will be asking some questions regarding it. I think generally speaking, your product looks and operates a little more fluently.
Again.. your response time was quick, but I was under time constraints for that particular site.

What extension you are using? Is it Events Booking or OS Services Booking extension ? It is the two different extensions

I would suggest you to submit a support ticket, sending us super admin account of the site and the link to the page. I will then have my dev look at it to see what's wrong and re-configure it for you

I did submit a ticket. I did that after I saw you weren't answering my question here.
I deleted it after I saw you don't pay attention to it anyway.
You came in and did the social butterfly thing, rather than answer questions.
It's unacceptable.
My current rating on your support will be a zero on the JED.
You have not helped me at all. In fact, you waste my time.

1. First off all, I am sorry if I missed your support ticket. But I just checked it again and don't see your support ticket (I checked even OS Service Booking ticket category which is a different extension maintained by a different developer)

2. The reason I didn't answer your question joomdonation.com/forum/os-services-booki...-map-showing-up.html because I didn't know about it. You posted to OS Services Booking category which is not managed by myself. It is managed by a different developer and he didn't let me know about it.

3. I just looked at the forum post. From what I see, it might be a javascript conflict causing the issue. Could you please allow me a chance to check and solve it. If it is possible, then please :

- Submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site. Please access here joomdonation.com/support-tickets.html to submit a support ticket
- Send me the link to the page where the google map is supposed to be displayed at the moment

I am going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted tonight our time

Hope you give us a chance to check and solve it. As I mentioned, the forum post is in a different category and I didn't know about it because I don't develop and maintain that extension
