Drop down fees was created by Irene
Hi guys
I've created a conference where the main fee for members is going to be $350 - this will be the majority fee for those that sign up.
I want them to be able to register 4 people all up which I set up no probs. I then set up a Custom Field called membership which was a list - see attached.
But when I tested it and had 4 people using each different membership set up - the invoice came to $950 when it should have only been $750.
What do you reckon I did wrong?

Hi Irene
I need more information from you. You said you register for 4 people, could you please let us know what value / option you select for each member ?
Better you should submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check your settings to see what's wrong and get it sorted

I will send you access.
I give each person a different fee so I tested all 4 four fees - if that makes sense.

Hi Irene
As replied via support ticket, you setup wrong group registration rate and that's the reason the registration fee not calculated properly. Remove group registration rate settings and it is working well

I do have another question.
In the backend - is there no way to capture the details of all the people who have been registered using the multi registration?
It looks like to me that it only captures just the one person who has done the bulk registrations.
Cheers

Hi Irene
It is configurable. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Include Group Members in registrants management, set it to Yes. After that these group members will be displayed
Regards,
Tuan

The extension has too many config options, so you can easily missed some. That's why you need support
