confirmation mail for payement ? (RESOLVED)

maybe it's not working on my side, but when you check the payement status to ok, there's no mail sent to the registrant ???
if so it's sad

Could you please explain more detail ? What payment method you are using ? When users complete payment, the emails will be sent to administrator and confirmation email will be sent to registrants. That's the basic feature of the extension and it is bult-in in the extension already. Maybe there is something wrong with the setting of your site? Could you please submit a support tickets contains your site information so that I can check it for you ?

they do receive the confirmation for suscribing

but they don't receive anything for the payement confirmation:


I guess the right usage is :
Registrant Management
>>
check the payement status box (so it turns to the green ok)

As I said, it is a basic function of the extension and It comes in the extension already. There might be somethings special with your server or your setting, so please give me access to your site so that I can check it for you .

so you can massmail the people who paid and people can see to which events they are registered,

I understand your problem now. When someone register for the event and choose offline payment method,he will be marked at unpaid from back-end. In the current version, when admin mark the record as paid, email is not sent to the registrant. I will add this feature to the extension very soon.

Regarding document, I am working on it to. I also making some video tutorials and will releases it very soon .

I will inform you when the new version released .
