Terms and Conditions Popup-wrong article was created by nhtim
I have set up Terms and Conditions for an event and linked it to a Terms and Conditions Article, but instead it is showing the featured articles from the main page. I have tried linking the Terms and Conditions to other various articles I have and it will show those, but for some reason, it is not showing correctly for the Terms and Conditions article I created. Any idea what is happening?
Thanks

Hi
Maybe the reason is because you choose the terms and conditions article for the event in the Advanced Settings tab of the event (edit the event and you will see that tab), not from Configuration page of Events Booking ?
Please check and get back to me
Regards,
Tuan

I have tried to do it both ways. I first tried it from Configuration and it did the same thing. But since we may need to have different Terms and Conditions I set it up to choose the terms and conditions for the event from the Basic Information tab of the Event. I don't see anything relating to the Terms and conditions in the Advanced settings tab of the event.

Hi Tim
I am sorry. The terms and conditions is in Basic Information tab, not Advanced settings tab. So you are saying that if you choose terms and conditions article from the Basic Information tab for the event, the terms and conditions article is still wrong ?

Hi Tim
That's strange. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending me admin and FTP account of your site, and let me know the event has wrong terms and conditions. I will check to see whats wrong and get it corrected for you.
Regards,
Tuan

I have this exact same fault.
Have tried both options for selecting either a generic T&C or a per event - both options open up into main website homepage, and not selected article.
Would be grateful if you could post the solution here

I had the same issue happening and I found a solution. I realized that the Terms & Conditions article was not assigned to a menu but the other articles were. I created a hidden menu and assigned the Terms and Conditions article to it and low and behold it displays as expected!
