Hi Marco

Sorry for lately response. I was too busy to prepare for my new house and could not reply you earlier.

Back to your question, at the moment, the extension doesn't allow you to view waiting list from front-end, so you can only view it from back-end.

Regards,

Tuan

But the names do not move automatically into the normal list if a seat is available.
Where am I wrong?

Hi Marco

Is the event a free or paid event ? If the event is free, you can go to Extensions -> Plugins manager, find and publish the plugin "Events Booking - Move Registrants Plugin".

After that, when someone cancel his registration , the first person on the waitling list will be moved to registrants list automatically. It however, doesn't work for paid event because paid events will require users to make payment, so it could not move registrants from waiting list to the registrants automatically.

Tuan

=> Yes, if you leave the individual price field of the event to 0, it will be free !

For now I don't have free events, but I will have in the near future.
Can I publish the plugin now anyway?
Will it not interfere with current events?

Peter
