there is trouble registering.

Now I'm in Extensions - and saw that the click of EB tab plugin and EB Registration History , the error message

500 - An error has occurred
The file "ebregister.xml" could not be found!

How can I solve the problem? Can I re-install the two plugins individually or event booking must I reinstall? All settings will be lost?

That mean the file was deleted for some reason. In this case, you can re-install the individual plugin only (or you can re-install the whole extension, all the old settings will be kept).

That's a Community Builder plugin, so you only need to install it if you are using Community Builder on your site. If you don't use Community Builder, no need to install it !

If users has an account and logged in, he will only have to enter these data for the first time. From the second time, the data from his previous registration will be used to fill-in registration form automatically. That's how the extension is designed to work.

Please check it carefully. If you still see the error, please submit a support ticket so that I can check it for you further !

I book for the first time in event booking. It is written that I need to enter username and password and an account is created.

This does not work. It is the message that the name and address, telephone number must be entered.

Then I would book again. I enter my username and password from last time and it is the same message. I must fill in all fields. If I do that, then get the message that the email address is already in use. But since I have no mail address, I can not book.

I checked and saw that I recognized among the users and active in the backend. Therefore, the mail address is forgiven.

What I have now to do as an administrator, so that the customer can log in ? Only username and password is not, because of the call to fill in all fields and re-fill can not, because the email address is already taken.

ich bin nun nocheinmal alles durchgegangen.

Ich buche zum ersten mal bei eventbooking. Es steht geschrieben, dass ich nur Benutzername und Passwort eingeben muss und dann ein Konto angelegt wird.

Das funktioniert nicht. Es kommt die Meldung, dass Name und Anschrift, Telefonnummer eingetragen werden müssen.

O.K. Ich fülle also alles aus und kann buchen.

Danach möchte ich wieder buchen. Ich gebe meinen Benutzernamen und mein Passwort vom letzten mal ein und es kommt die gleiche Meldung. Ich muss alle Felder ausfüllen. Wenn ich das tue, dann kommt die Meldung, dass die mail-Adresse schon verwendet wird. Da ich aber keine andere mailadresse habe, kann ich nicht buchen.

Ich habe im backend nachgeschaut und gesehen, dass ich unter den Benutzern erfasst und aktiv bin. Darum ist die mail-Adresse auch vergeben.

Was muss ich als Administrator nun machen, damit der Kunde sich erneut anmelden kann? Nur Benutzername und Passwort geht nicht wegen der Aufforderung alle Felder auszufüllen und neu ausfüllen geht nicht, weil die mail-Adresse schon vergeben ist.

Ich hoffe, die Übersetzung ist einigermaßen und du verstehst, was ich für ein Problem habe.

I think I understand what you want now. Basically, I think it would be better if there will be a login box so that users can login before continue the registration.

However, at the moment, this feature is not available and it will take us few days to implement it. Could you please give me the time until this weekend to implement this feature ?

thanks for your answer. Hopefully we have really understood us, because I can not imagine that this issue is addressed by me for the first time.
