Problem with registration to an event was created by fabio.visin

Hi, I created this event ( www.consind.it/corsi-e-seminari?task=ind...istration&event_id=2 ) and I try to make an individual registration, but I can't. I don't know why!

Hi Fabio

What version of the extension you are using? It seems you are using an old version of the extension and it is not compatible with Joomla 2.5. Could you please check and get back to me ? When did you purchase and download the extension ?

Hi Tuan, in attach the screenshot with the information about the version of event booking. I bought it 05/05/2012.

Hi

This version is old. We provide free upgrade for one year, so you can access to My Downloads menu item on our website, see your order, then download latest version (1.5.3) and upgrade it to your site.

Also, you will need to upgrade your site to latest version of Joomla 2.5 (Joomla 2.5.9). Just don't worry, upgrade is easy.

Hi Tuan,
I still have problem with registration procedure: where I can find the group registration? I did one of it but in the "registrants" tab my registration does not appear. Thanks for help.

Oh, it is a very old version. I think you should login to your account, access to My Downloads menu item, see your order and download latest version (1.5.3) from there, upgrade to your site.

After that, please check it again and the issue should be solved.

Hi Tuan, now I have "Event Booking version 1.5.3, Copyright (C) 2010-2012 Ossolution Team" but in the "Registrants" tab I don't see my group registration. I tried a new group registration but in the registrants my name does not appear.

Hi

Could you please :

1. Go to Events Booking->Configuration

2. Make sure you set the two config options below to Yes :

- Include Group Billing Records in registrants managemenet

- Include Group Members Records in registrants managemenet

After that, please check it again and you should see the records.
