What version of the extension you are using? It seems you are using an old version of the extension and it is not compatible with Joomla 2.5. Could you please check and get back to me ? When did you purchase and download the extension ?

This version is old. We provide free upgrade for one year, so you can access to My Downloads menu item on our website, see your order, then download latest version (1.5.3) and upgrade it to your site.
Also, you will need to upgrade your site to latest version of Joomla 2.5 (Joomla 2.5.9). Just don't worry, upgrade is easy.

I still have problem with registration procedure: where I can find the group registration? I did one of it but in the "registrants" tab my registration does not appear. Thanks for help.

Hi Tuan, now I have "Event Booking version 1.5.3, Copyright (C) 2010-2012 Ossolution Team" but in the "Registrants" tab I don't see my group registration. I tried a new group registration but in the registrants my name does not appear.Tuan Pham Ngoc wrote: Oh, it is a very old version. Could you please :
1. Go to Events Booking->Configuration
2. Make sure you set the two config options below to Yes :
- Include Group Billing Records in registrants managemenet
- Include Group Members Records in registrants managemenet
After that, please check it again and you should see the records.
