Group Registrations Notification Email

For some reason when my users who are purchasing a group registration aren't getting their confirmation email with any content. They get the email but the body of the email is completely blank. I have checked the configuration and everything looks good. I don't know what to check or troubleshoot on this one.

What version of the extension you are using ? Could you please download latest version (1.5.2) and upgrade to your site to make sure you are using latest version ?

I've upgraded to 1.5.2 and I'm still having the same problem. When users register as a group registration they are not getting a complete email confirmation. They get a blank email with no content in the body at all.

Actually, after the upgrade, it appears none of the email notifications are working properly. I'm using SMTP so there wouldn't be any issues because of that.

There was a bug in sending emails function and It was fixed recently. Could you please upgrade and then test it again ?

I just downloaded what is from this website the latest version, installed, tested and still not working properly. It is showing as 1.5.2 as the version.

On my site the same. No notification mails.

Update: Found my error, wrong adjustment in joomla. Switched from php to sendmail and all is ok .

I'm using SMTP, I tried the sendmail and it didn't fix the problem. The user that registers get an email confirmation with the body entirely blank.

@Darlene : Please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check it for you. And if it is possible, please give me access to your Joomla site database via phpmyadmin as well. I want to check the data stored on #__eb_configs table.
