What exactly needs to be upgraded?

I was 1.4.2 and upgraded the com_eventbooking.zip and am now showing as 1.4.4 but I still do not see a cancel button anywhere.

Ok so it looks like it is working for newly created events. Events that were already listed on the site (prior to the upgrade) are not showing the button.
