Terms & Conditions popup

Hey guys,

I know this issue has been discussed before, and that a fix has been posted in the "Solutions" category of the forum. I have tried that solution, but it didn't work for me. Here is my problem:

The "Terms and Solutions" popup window is blank.

I am running the latest version of EB on Joomla 2.5.1 and with a template created in Artisteer. Can you maybe advise how I can pinpoint what is causing the problem and better yet, how I can fix it.

The extension included a fix for this issue in the latest version. So to solve the issue, simply upgrade your site to latest version. Then go to Event Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Fix Terms and Conditions popup, set it to Yes. After that, it will work as expected !

I think I have the latest version installed (1.4.3 ) and I have tried to check/uncheck the Fix terms in the config. Still doesn't work.

If you want to have a look, please go to www.anotherproject.se/textile17 and select "Kurser" from the menu.

where should the link to the terms and conditions show up, should it be on the registration form? I suppose yes?

I have activated it in the general config file for the event plugin, asigned an article but it does not show up ....any ideas,

I just checked and found that you are still not using latest version or you haven't set the config option to Yes yet . So please :

1. Download latest version from Orders History of your account and upgrade to your site .

2. Go to Event Booking -> Configuration, find the config option "Fix Terms and Conditions popup issue", set it to Yes.

After you completed the above steps, it will work fine .

@BorderC: I am sure that it is something wrong with your setting. Please submit a support ticket giving me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check it for you . I will tell you the reason once I checked it !
