Thanks for the feedback. Here are my answers to your questions :
1. [feature] when you leave the shopping card there is no easy way to get back into it (without using the shopping cart module), there should be a menu entry
=> You can create a menu item, type external URL and use the following URL
index.php?option=com_eventbooking&view=checkout. This should point you to check out page when you accessed to the menu item (I think you should use cart module come within the extension for this task) .
2. [3965] The shopping card is not reusing the address information when using it for a second registration, without the shopping card functionality it does (so a registered user only has to fill in once his address etc.)
=> Agreed. This is a small bug and I will have it fixed on tomorrow !
3. [3966] Although the variable 'Prevent duplicate registration' is set to yes, it is possible to update the quantity in the shopping card to more then one, the 'you are already registered' rule does not apply)
=> Agreed. Didn't think about it before. WIll implement a fix for it soon, will have it ready before the end of this week .
You can have different terms and conditions for events, when using the shopping card you can only have one
=> When you use Shopping cart, only one terms and conditions article will be used. That's the one you choose in Event Booking -> Configuration.
[3969] when logged in and opening an event, you have the possibility to [cancel; registration] although you have not registered. Clicking om the button gives you the 'are you sure' pop-up and when confirming an error is thrown (invalid action): canceling should only be possible when registered!
=> This issue was fixed long time ago. Please upgrade to latest version and the issue will be solved .
2. [3970] While translating, the strings that become longer then the original text break layout
=> Yes, I see. We can fix it by modifing css alitle (I don't want the box too wide, so I limitted the width of it). In this case, please submit a support ticket giving me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can edit it for you .
[3971] When a user uses a coupon and then cancels the event, the coupon is not reset and cannot be used any more?
=> Right now, Yes. I will try to improve it in future release. We will leave it as how it works at the moment for now .
2. [feature] when using a 100% coupon after registration the event is treaded as a paid event hence giving the user the message that the amount should be transferred etc. This is not 'logical' and confusing from a user point of view.
=> Will check and get back to you !
3. [3972] when you have coupons for multiple events, you cannot use these when using the shopping card, only one coupon can be used? You should be able to enter as many coupon codes as there are events in your cart.
=> Yes, right now, only one coupon can be used for each transaction !
4. [3973] when somebody cancels his registration for e.e. a 500€ workshop, I will not refund but give him a coupon worth 500€. He now registers a new workshop with a lower price (199€) he enters his couponcode. What happens is that his invoice will show a negative amount, with other words: I need to pay him the difference???) What would be expected is that the coupon would stay valid with the remaining amount as balance???
=> It should not work like that. WIll check and get back to you .
1. [3975] When registering to an event that is full, you can fill in the waitinglist. The waiting list asks for 'Number registrants' even though group registration is disabled for this event, this is not correct.
=> Will check and fix it .
2. [feature] a waiting list entry should be 'transferable' to a reservation by a user from e.g. the registration history. In this way you avoid having to fill in all the fields twice (once for waiting list and once for registration.
=> This feature is not available for now. Will consider adding support for it for future release .
