Three problems

1. We enabled the ability for a registrant to cancel from an event. Cannot find out HOW they do this. Do we need a cancellatuion article? Must the registrant be a (joomla) registered user? Just how does cancellation work?
2. Having a separate Terms and Condition article for an event is wonderful. However, I can't find any way to have it show up unlass ALL events have the T&C checkbox. If I set both T&C questions in configuration to Yes, every event tries to display the checkbox. And it wants to show an article with &id=0. This just runs forever. If I set the general T&C to No, I cant get the T&C for my event.
3. Your install instructions say to copy the translation file and reinstall after if we have made any changes. This does not work correctly if you have added new fields. As an example, you added EB_SELECT_STATE. This had no value so the pulldown showed "EB_SELECT_STATE. There are others. Any suggestion how we find out what all the new fields added since last February are?

1. You need to enable cancel registration for event. Need to set cancel before date property of that event to a date after the current date .
2. Yes . Registrant must be a Joomla registered user.
3. When he login and access to event list, he will see the cancel button to cancel registration.

=> Right now, if you enable terms and conditions, you need to choose terms and conditions for all events .

=> Sorry, we don't keep change logs for the language file. You need to compare the two files to see what are the new language items added !

I have enabled the cancellation feature with a date, but have the question below.
Why is cancellation button appearing when I haven't even registered for the event? How can I hide it for now, until a user registers for an event?
Ideally, I would like the cancellation button only appear when they have registered for the particular event.
