We have events with everything from 10 to 60 guests and we operate without delay from the event starts and until the last group have completed the activity. Currently we manually divide the participants into groups and assign them to a time slot. For days with +40 guests this takes a lot of time (+ we operate at two venues and 3-4 events per week at each of them).
What would be really useful for us would be if this feature could be applied to parent- and child events, so that once the parent event was full (and hidden) the first of the child event was auto published (visible). Then the next child after that and so on. This way the system could automatically place guests in groups within a time-slot.
Tuan, do you think this is a possible development?
