Registrant Email Messages

I'm starting to get a clearer sense of how the templated email messages work and have a few enhancement requests that would really help, as follows:

1. Start Time as a specific field available in reminders, for when we wish to send "day of" reminders emphasizing what time the event is, in the subject and in the body of the email.

2. Ability to configure first and second reminder defaults globally, (maybe I missed where this is?), rather than having to do so for each event.

3. Ability to configure the second reminder "day of" at a specific time.

4. Ability to use certain custom fields in the message (for example, we are creating a "Virtual Meeting Link" field that we want to email to registrants, not publish on the web site).

5. Ability within specific events to check a box for "copy template from global" while creating event-specific messages. It's time consuming to go back and forth to copy and paste our global messages into a specific event's email messages for customization.

UPDATE: #4 is possible just by typing [name_of_field], for custom event fields -- I haven't tested in other areas but maybe we are not limited to just the list to the left of each message?

I really need to be able to set up default time intervals for reminders -- any news on this request? Also sending the second reminder about an HOUR before the event would be a huge improvement.

Because they tend to lose the registration email when they register in advance, our users are waiting until the last minute for a Zoom meeting, then they go to the web site, struggle with the login process, miss the start time, can't register, and can't get the Zoom link.

There are important usability issues.
