Could you please add a function in the registrant management of each user to send him a reminder email? What I mean is that the user should be able to send out the reminder email by clicking on "Remind user to pay" if user is set as "Not completed" or "Pending". Users could then also use these emails to ask users "You have not completed your payment request. Have you had problems? Can we help?"
Would be awesome to have this.
