Events Booking 3.9.1 released

Dear customers

Today, I am happy to announce new version of Events Booking 3.9.0 with the following nice improvements:

1. Improve custom fields

We added a new parameter called Show On Registration Type to allow you to choose to show a custom field for Standard Registration Form, Waiting List Registration Form or Both. This is useful in case you want to collect different information for standard registration and waiting list if needed


2. Allow only show featured events from menu items

When you create a menu item to display events (upcoming events or category menu option), you can set Only Show Featured Events parameter to Yes and users will only see the featured events when access to the menu item

3. Allow showing ticket types on Public Registrants List

If you use ticket types for your events and want to show ticket types on Public Registrants List, it's now supported. Just set Show Ticket Types config option to Yes

4. Improve Weekly Calendar menu option

You can now select a category you want to display events from when you create a menu item to link to Weekly Calendar menu option and only events from that category will be displayed.

5. Allow cancelling registration directly from Registration History

If you register for an event which allow cancelling registration, you will now see a button to allow cancelling registration when you access to Registration History menu item

6. Fix compatible issue with ACYMailing version 6

Latest version of ACYMailing version 6 removed a method from their public API and it causes issue with ACYMailing version 6 plugin in Events Booking. We fixed this compatible issue, so if you are using ACYMailing version 6 plugin to integrate with ACYMailing, please update to this latest version.

I can't see this parameter, Where exactly is it in the Configuration??

Hello

That setting is only available if you are using Waiting List feature on your site. If you don't enable waiting list feature, you won't see that setting as it's not needed

We do have Waiting List Activated - see screen shot

For this, better please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account so that we can check it directly on your site

This update refers to 'Custom Fields' and NOT 'Event Custom Fields'...... my mistake!!!

Yes, it's related to Registration Custom Fields, not Event Custom Fields. So the new version is working as expected

Hi,

I noticed two small issues on the front end:

1- The flag image for the language is not correct.
2- The category names in "List of my events" page are not translated to the proper value.
