Empty order again

Hi Giang

I was not sure if I should start another topic or post in the old one. So i have done both.
We received another empty order this morning.. Also it seems often there is a checkin for some eShop tables? See image. Also I have assigned recaptcha to the site but there is also invisible recaptcha installed too and I think I was using this one before and then after an update it became unselected. I wondered if this could be the issue. I am worried people are placing orders and getting frustrated by my store. So please can you see if there any solution. Should we do a resinstall of eShop?

Thanks so much Giang - I have some more information, the customer placed one order and then placed a second order both as guests, the second order produced the blank order on the site and also blank details in the payment portal but we managed to get her email. So it appears this happens on a guest checkout? I hope this helps in finding out whats up.

I am having this problem with one of my clients as well, seems sometimes, not all the time, the guest checkout returns a blank order.

Problem appears when customer put something into ESHOP_FAX during guest checkout. When customer leaves ESHOP_FAX empty everything works. It is a bug, because some time ago everything was okay.
