Restricting Shipping methods by postcode

Hi,
My client is wanting to have free shipping for orders within a certain postcode of Australia.
I have setup a standard postage rate for the rest of the country - but how do I change this for one postcode?
I know I can use geozones - but this seems to only apply to states/provinces - and not to postcodes.

I am sorry but our extension does not support the shipping per postcode. It is only based on Geo zone.

I use the free shipping plugin to setup free shipping for orders over $100.
How can I create a second instance of the free shipping plugin?
If I can do this, I could rename the second shipping plugin and put a note on it that it allows free shipping for all orders within a certain region (although technically any user could try to add this to their order).
Do you think this would work?

I would like to offer postal delivery according to individual delivery costs, in addition to standard delivery costs by weight.

The postal code should be entered in a table. (Switzerland localities)

e.g. Postcode / shipping costs
4704 = 0.00 CHF
4500 = 0.00 CHF
4502 = 0.00 CHF
4517 = 5.00 CHF
4600 = 10.00 CHF

When checking out, the selection of region / state should be hidden.
