Hello Andrea,
I am fine. Thank you for reporting me on this bug. I checked and saw the reason of the bug. I fixed and updated to EShop core. I am also sending the fixed file here, please unzip and update it to \administrator\components\com_eshop\models\ folder.
Sincerely, Giang

Hi again Andrea,
You should re-test from the beginning. Let's copy a product, then edit/remove images from the copied product, it should not make any change to original product.
Can you try?
Sincerely, Giang

Hello Andrea,
That is correct because both of products are using same image. You should not remove image a product. Does it make sense?
Sincerely, Giang

ok, i understand you, if i change image with another one in the copied product and save, in the original product the image is not deleted and changed. this is correct.
i think it's important also happens the same thing if i delete the image; i mean i'm working on copied product and i don't expect that modifies will have impact also on another product (the original)
what you think? tx

Hello Andrea,
Yes, you understood that properly. I will also think about your suggestion. May that I will make copy of image to copied product so images of different products are independent. I will try to implement that once I have time.
Sincerely, Giang

I think I will try to make the following modification: when make a copied product, I will also make a copied of main image. So the image between products are independent.
