1. If an order is cancelled do we have to manually change the stock quantity to all items on the order? I tried it with a test order and it seems that stock is not returning back, so if an order is cancelled I will have to manually edit the stock for each item?
2. How do I show "add" to cart in categories?
3. As we don't use Delivery but Drop Points where customers can Pick Up their orders in various cities and didn't find any other solution, I created a list field in Shipping/billing but how do I make it show only pick up points from specific cities/states based on their billing/shipping address? Having all 80 Drop Points in One List is not convenient. Can this be done this way or another way?
4. I made a coupon so that a customer can get a discount if they purchase a X amount from specific category. Can't this applied automatically when this is achieved instead of having a list with Coupons on the site so that a customer choose which ones to use and when? Or is there any other way to do this?
5. Tags - Can't tags stored somewhere so when adding a product it's easier to add a tag instead of typing it again and again?
That's for now
P.S. I don't know if anyone else suggested this but could't find anything about it in Forums. It would be nice if there was an option to mark the items as...New, Used, Refurbished and their condition when Used or Refurbished.

2. You meant that you don't have Add to Cart button on products list while you still have it on the product details page?
3. I think that's the only way to implement what you want.
4. There is no feature to apply the coupon automatically. Customer must enter the coupon code to apply to the order.
5. I think I will find a way to improve this.
Sincerely, Giang

2. You meant that you don't have Add to Cart button on products list while you still have it on the product details page? I have the add to cart on product but not when shown in categories/category list. I tried to find if I disabled it but couldn't locate anywhere to enable it
3. I think that's the only way to implement what you want. As we deliver only to our country I made cities as countries and pick up points as states. I can live with this for now, but will be a problem in the future when I add also a delivery option as well.
4. There is no feature to apply the coupon automatically. Customer must enter the coupon code to apply to the order. Is there any way then to show them that they are applicable for a voucher/coupon and the coupon/voucher code in cart so that they know?
5. I think I will find a way to improve this. That would be great

Two last questions for now,
I am using another component (flexicontent) for the rest of the site and using it's custom fields for registration form. Is there any way for users to register through that form on check out instead of the one?
Also when a product is out of stock, shouldn't be removed from Related Products as well? I have it setup to show related products from same category but items not in stock still show in related products.
Thank you and I appologize if I ask too much questions

1. I am sorry but we don't have any integration feature with flexicontent component.
2. If you chose to Hide out of stock products from the configuration of EShop, then related products which are out of stock must be hidden. If it does not work like that, please submit a new ticket to EShop category so I can help you to check.
Sincerely, Giang
