Suitable for Online Training...?

I've used other OS Solution products and I'm impressed, really impressed so I was looking for a cart solution and thought of you guys first.

The platform I am thinking of is simply to sell the products, there's no delivery as that's handled by another platform and all the products are delivered online through another website.

Will EShop be OK to handle this...?

Also, I assume that I can use PayPal as the payment processor and that the VAT can be show on the invoices generated...?

One other thing that would be nice...

I'd like the ability to automatically apply a discount on all orders at checkout.

Thank you for continuing to use extensions and services. Regarding your questions:

1. Yes, EShop can handel to sell the products without requiring the delivery.

2. Yes, EShop supports PayPal payment plugin as default and it can also have the tax system which work well. Once order has tax, it will be shown in the invoice.

3. You can use coupon to apply discount to orders if you want.

Can the discount coupon be applied automatically at checkout though, so the user does not even need to insert it...?

Hello, sorry for replying to this thread, but we have a similar situation and are not selling actual products that are delivered. Regarding #1 below, I see under each product's Data tab there is the "Require Shipping", but is it possible to have no required shipping in the global configuration so that this setting doesn't have to be set each time a product is added? Thank you!

Thanks Davide, I'm sorry, I forgot to clarify that I see the "Require Shipping" in the configuration and have that set to "No", but when I add a new product the "Require Shipping" is by default set to "Yes" under the Data tab, so I have to manually set it to "No" each time. Was hoping that if the "Require Shipping" is set to "No" in the configuration then it's also set to "No" by default under the product Data tab.

If I remember correctly when the global configuration is set to no, the product valute is ignored. I check tomorrow

Thanks Davide, I had initially thought the same myself, but if the "Product > Data > Require Shipping" is set to Yes then it overrides the global configuration setting, and shows the Delivery tabs in the checkout.

Thank you Giang, I do have the global configuration set to "No" for Require Shipping but when creating a product the "Require Shipping" is set to Yes by default and that is overriding the global configuration setting, when checking out it shows the Delivery tabs during checkout. Each time I create a product I have to remember to set Require Shipping to No. Is it possible that if the global configuration for the Require Shipping is set to No then it's set to No by default in the product settings as well?
