Incomplete image galleries

I uploaded 10 images from the admin area eshop component, then to display these images on the front end of the website is only charged 5 images.

I sent the information via a ticket but I see no difference between exposing the problem by means of a ticket and post it on the forum, also the problem that I have is very clear and is shown in the video.
