Gross amount

Hi
I'm wondering is it possible to show gross amount instead of net amount. Buyers may feel cheated, because when they choose a document, they see a different price than the one they have to pay.

How Gross amount is calculated? I guess you want to show price including tax?

Yes, I want to show price including tax. The Gross amount is calculated from the formula:
gross price = net price + Tax rate of the net price.
I indicated the value of the tax rate in the tax rate field in the module configuration like in attachment

I just updated Documents Seller to add a new config option called Show Price Including Tax. Could you please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, upgrade it to your site

Then go to Documents Seller -> Configuration, set Show Price Including Tax config option to Yes, and check it again. It should work well

Also, please set Tax Rate to 23, not 23%. Remove % from the value you entered

thank you for your effort, but I tested like you wrote and still I have net price not gross.
See attachments, because maybe I didn't set config correctly

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page so that we can check it?

What is the character encoding when I generate invoice?

It depends on the language which you are using on your site. Please let us know your language, we will upload, configure the right PDF font for you
