Order registers in back end
buyer gets email with doc link

email address checked and working
email entered in general

Please advise.

Hi Tim

Maybe there is a problem with your email. Could you please try to use a different email ? If order is available in the backend and your customer received email, there is no reason for you to not receiving email.

If you could not find out the reason of the error, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site to solve the issue
