Notification and Confirmation emails config help

Hi, I've installed Document Seller, uploaded some files and created them as Documents for testing, 2 of them have a cost and 1 is free, they are all in the same category. I've set up the PayPal plugin and have a Sandbox account so have left it in test mode with my Sandbox paypal email.

In my Configuration - General I have:
- Download notify - Yes
- Notification emails - my email address
- Send License Code via Email - No
- Send Documents via Email - No
- Send Download Link via Email - Yes

In my Configuration - Messages I've completed every box, and checked what tags are used, and the only one that provides a download link is the 'Notification Email Body (For Free Download)' and the 'Download Complete Message'.

Regardless of what's included in any of the emails, I'm not receiving any emails (both as the administrator and the customer), and the order isn't registering in the Orders list either, anyway. Is this a PayPal Test Mode limitation??

So I've switched it to Live Mode using mine and my clients PayPal accounts, reduced the costs of the documents to 1 cent each, and this time the order was registered in the list, I've received the notification emails as both the customer and the administrator, however there's no 'download link'.

Do I need to just direct people to the Order History page so they can download the document? Is it possible to have the 'Download Link' sent via email - as the configuration suggests? Which message can I include the 'download link' tag in?

I'm using Documents Seller v2.6.4 and Joomla v1.7.3

Hi, I've since gone live with the site and it works how I want it to ...

The customer receives 2 emails:

- 1 from Paypal (the usual receipt you get from them)
- 1 from the website - the Confirmation Email:

<p>Hi [FIRST_NAME] [LAST_NAME],</p>
<p>For your records, here are the details of your document download from ................:</p>
[ORDER_DETAIL]



[ORDER_DETAIL] gives you the download link like the attached screenshot.

I don't know why things weren't working for me before sorry.
