By default, when you purchase an extension, our order system will sent it to you automatically as soon as you completed payment at Paypal. If you haven't received it, that  means there might be some reasons causes the error:

1. Our mail server doesn't work at the time.

2. Your mail server blocked the emails (some of our extensions have javascript files and some mail server block it).

3. The files are big and the mail server could not sent it (usually it happens with OS PDF Indexer and OS Property Theme).

4. Paypal could not notify our system about the order (rarely happens)

In this case, you can simply register for an account  on our website (using the same email you entered on order form to purchae the product), after that, access to My Downloads menu item, you will see your order and can download it from there. If you still could not download it (#4 in the list above happens), please drop an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., we will check and send the extension to you right away (sometime few hours delay because we might be in different timezone)

Our extensions are designed so that the upgrade process are simple. Simply download latest version, then install new version over the old version (no need for uninstall old version). All the old data, settings which you setup before will be kept.
