Hello,
1) I installed Joomla! OSPRealhomes_template_quickstart.zip
I have read and followed the instructions carefully. I can access the administrator without problems. However when I want to access the preview, I notice an error:
1054 Unknown column 'c.optin' in 'field list'

What have I done wrong?
2) I observe that OS Property Version 3.14.0 works with Joomla! 3.8.10. Can I update the Joomla 3.9.2 version without problems?
