Hi
I wonder if OS Property have any Helix Ultra templates ? www.joomshaper.com/helix
Helix Ultra is Bootstrap 4 and free to use also support SP Pagebuilder well and that combination is the best Joomla developer tool and I think that this would be a great option for Joomla and OS Property too even I know T3 framework and compared both of them.
As now the best template framework and progress for the future J 4 etc is Helix Ultra from Joomshaper..
