Quick Search breaks Home page OSProperty 3.12.0

Hi
I have the OSP Real Estate template.
The JM slideshow works on the home page, but as soon as I publish the Quick search module I get a white screen.
Quick search sometimes works fine (along with the slideshow) if I publish it on other menu links, and sometimes I get the same white screen.

I have recently upgraded to OSProperty 3.12.0. I didn't have this issue before.

This is on a local server at the moment so it would be helpful to have some advice. I can upload it to a live server if you would like to test.

Please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. I will check the problem for you
