What template version is correct, 3.3 or 3.5?

When I checked my template version (OSPRealHomes) in backend it states V 3.3.
On my download page, and here in templates, it's says that there is a version 3.5 (changed 02-02-2016) so I downloaded it and installed it.
After checking again it was still saying version 3.3.
When checking the download package (bundle) there is no change in the zip-file of template since 2015-09-15 10:59.

So is the latest version 3.3 or 3.5? If 3.5 is the latest version then it's missing in the bundled download package.
