I am getting no console errors but there seems to be a clash between Joostrap's Jooswatch template and OSProperty.
GO here spa.joomv.net and you'll see the menu as is should be
Go to Osproperty and you will see it jumps - also if you click on a tab heading other tabs disappear.
Could you please take a look?
