Hi,
I have sent 2 mails to you via your contact form and I am wondering why you don't answer to my short question?

I just wanted to know if it's possible to renew my subscription in advance without losing the remaining subscription time.

I don't see any "Renew" button in the member's area, just a "Buy now" button on the regular product page.

Is this button also meant for renewals or will I create a second subscription starting from now?

Look like the email was not reached us for some reasons because we always reply emails quickly once it is received

Back to your question, Yes, you just need to use Buy Now button to renew your subscription. If you have existing subscription, it will be processed as renewal, don't worry
