Issue with Discountable feature of fee field

Lets say, the pricing of the event is 0. I have a few conditional fee fields for the pricing. Accordingly, the member discount setting is 50 dollars.

Now, when there is a fee field (setting the DISCOUNTABLE to be NO) with the cost 10 dollars, the final pricing is still 0. I think the final pricing should be 10 dollars since this is a not-discountable fee field. Right?

It's hard for me to understand the actual issue without checking your setup. So better, submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell us step by step what we need to do to see the error
