Recurring, but not periodic, events

Hi,
i have to manage events which are recurring (i.e. the same event happens several times during the year) but not periodic (i.e. not on a daily, weekly or monthly basis).
In other words, I need to be able to create custom instances for any given event, on any possible date.
Does Events Booking manage this feature?
