Event Booking for 2 man team tournaments

I'd like to make sure the event booking component will support our needs before purchasing

We will be hosting tournaments that are generally 1, 2 or 4 person teams, with a limited number of teams available for each tournament. The participants will generally sign up as a team, meaning one person will provide the information for all team members at the same time. On a per event basis, we will set the number of team members to a specific number (1, 2 or 4).

Questions:

1) on group registrations, can we force the number of registrations to match the tournament specific number?

2) Can we make it optional to provide the additional group members info at time of signup.

#1=> It is not possible by default, but there is workaround. You can edit the event, set Maximum Number Group Members to 4 for example and the same number for Minimum Number Group members. By that settings, when register for the group, they can only enter 4 for group membes.

2=> It is not possible. The extension requires you to enter data for group members when performing a group registration

A different question. On the monthly calendar view, is it possible to have different icons next to the event titles? Can these be set at the event or category level?

=> Unfortunately, it is not possible. We don't have support for that feature

Regarding the icons, is that something you might consider adding in the future? It seems to me that, if you provide strict guidelines on icon size, it shouldn't be too difficult to add in. Set one specific size, keeping it small, that shouldn't impact the layout of the monthly.
In the monthly view, it looks like there is an icon there already,

I will think about it in the future. However, to be honest, I don't think it is really needed as each event can has it own thumbnail already, so I don't think having this feature is a need

Is there any way to get the thumbnail to appear on the Monthly calendar, even a smaller version of the thumbnail?

We can edit code to make the thumbnail appear in the calendar. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can edit code to make it works for you.

We only have a thumbnail for each event, so I don't think we can have a smaller version. Maybe we can control it via width and height attribute of img tag. We will try it on your site to see how it goes
