calculate price depending on hiring period

Hello,

my customer does renting of tables, chairs, seats, plates, etc... at parties.
He needs for the customer the ability to choose (from a calendar) a period and the price is then calculated:
per 3 days (minimum) + price per extra day , price per week
How can that be put in or not the right product ?

Each product in EShop supports the multiple options with additional price. I think you can use Options feature to set up as the way that you want. Please read the documentation for Product Options here: eshopdocs.joomservices.com/catalog/produ...h2-4-product-options

It is not quite like that. There are indeed prices for 3 days (f.i. 5 euro), 1 week (f.i. 10 euro) and 1 day extra (f.i. 1 euro) and we can put them in the options.
But the customer must be able to input a period (calendars) from / to (in the cart for all items) and then the correct price per item is calculated (as long as the period is not there the items remains in the cart to 0)
F.I. He choses 14-4-2015 till 25-4-2015 then we have price per week + 4 days extra = 10 euro (week) + 4 * 1 euro ( 4 times day extra) = 14 euro (for the example item)
So the correct value must appear in the cart.
Is the software flexible enough to add such thing. Can I do that (is that easy, I know php?) or can you do that and what would be the cost then.

It is logical that it is not included, but could it be added (by me or by you against payment and what would be the effort?).

You chose the products to put in your cart (price is put to 0). And then prices are calculated when period in cart is chosen. (based on the 3 prices in table: price per 3 day (min) - price per week - price per extra day.
I'm just curious :--) . Would be great if I could use E-shop.

I think that can be done by modifying into EShop. However, I am too busy and I don't have time to work on this feature for you. If you are a Joomla/PHP developer, then you can purchase EShop and make the customization by yourself. EShop is easy to customize.
