Sir,

I'm interesting to install event booking system to my site.
One thing we had much problem in our event-front registration process, we
need to ask our registrants to provide confirmation email with "approved code".

1. If you could send me some sample of the front end registration windown and a confirmation email for registrant would be
much advantage for my decision to buy this extension.

2. In addition, we work mostly with Joomlart.com Joomla template (version 2.5 to 3.x), will your
extention fully compatible or seamlessly coexist with their templates?

I don't understand how this process works. Could you please explain more details so that I can tell you whether it is possible to use Events Booking with your project ?

The process:
1. applicant/registrant apply online via "event booking"
<please advise how screen look like>
2. event manager approves for the application (mostly offline payment), send approval email
<please advise how the email look like, we need to see if the registration code is assigned>
3. on the event date, registrant check in with approved (with code) email at registration counter.

I really need to understand how the approved email look like.

Hi

1=> The email is configurable. You can customize it to meet your own need. By default, it contains some default message and all the information which registrants entered on the form

2=> The same. Email message is customizable. So you can customize it to meet your own need.

3=> I don't know how registrant can check it. The system doesn't provide check in feature. Maybe you can send the Transaction ID (it is a random code generated for each registration) to registrant email (just customize the email and use [TRANSACTION_ID] tag to give registrants this information). Then when registrant check it, they can send you that ID , you can check it through Events Booking system - search for the record based on the given Transaction ID, make sure it is valid... Not sure it will work for you or not

I am busy now and could not prepare a sample email for you. As I said, it is customizable, you can change it to meet your own need.

We also provide money back warranty, so if you want, you can make a purchase to try it, if it doesn't work, simply ask us for refund

Already bought. BTW, for registration, can we divided applicants into free and paid within one company?

Scenario: we plan to use for a association with multiple corporate members. When organizing a seminar, they allow each of their member to send staffs to attend: free for 2 and from 3rd onward has to pay. How this work?
