I am looking for a ticketing system to work within the following situation:
I would like to use this to manage client communication. When I need to send a request or call-to-action to my client, I would like to be able to create a "ticket" in my ticketing system, and have it then email the client the ticket. When the client responds to the "ticket," I would like it to automatically be added into the ticketing system, and then allow me to close the ticket if it's satisfactory or not.
Now the catch to this is, the client will not be logging in to the ticketing system - I want this to work off of only their email responses to the auto-generated "ticket" emails. Am I able to do this utilizing this product, and if so, how?
