minicalender.js - "Jquery is not defined", line 88

Hello there
Im in the process of implementing your event booking system on a new page, and i have run into a problem.
On line 88 i have a "Jquery is not defined" and i think this error is preventing me from changing months in the minicalender.
I use my sites own jQuery v1.9.1.
I get the same error in the Calender view, when i disable loading jquery using Event Booking Configuration. The Calender also "collapses", even though jquery is loaded on the page. When the site is loaded and your jquery is enabled, the Calender view works fine, but then i have 2 times jquery loaded on site involving the Event Booking system

What is the best approach to get rid of this error and getting this to work.

Never mind, I fixed this by loading Jquery right after the css and disabling Event Bookings Jquery.
