I need to implement a notification system for my client.
They need to post a document (attachment) to the client using their joomla account.
The system needs to email them to let them know there is an item to be viewed, and to logon to the site to read the message.
Once they have opened the message, they need to either Approve or Reject it.
The system should then email the administrator notifying them that the message has been Accepted or Rejected.
Initially I thought this would need to be a PMS (Personal Messaging System). However, I think a Helpdesk ticket system is probably closer to what I need.
I am happy to completely re-style and change all the text / templates to make the system look exactly how I need it - I just need to know whether your helpdesk system can perform these actions? If so, i'll gladly purchase the extension.
