Questions on Payment forms

I have a few joomla web sites that are membership based - e.g people pay an annual amount to access part of the site or in the other case, it is a sporting club where registration fees are payable.

In both of these cases, I need to payment form to contain an amount together with the number to be purchased e.g. in the case of the sports club, there registration fees may be $100 per adult and $50 per child. One transaction then might look like 2xadult and 3xchild - the total of the transaction being $350.

Can the payment form handle this type of transaction?

Thanks for interested in Payment Form extension . Payment form has a feature called Fee Field which can be used to meet your requirement in this case .

In this case , beside the basic fields , you can create two custom fee fields :

1. Number adult

- Type : textbox
- Fee field : Set to yes
- Fee Formula : 100*[FIELD_VALUE]

2. Number child :

- Type : textbox
- Fee field : Set to yes
- Fee Formula : 50*[FIELD_VALUE]

On the payment form , if users enter 3 into Number adult textbox and 2 into Number child textbox, they will have to pay :

100*3 + 2*50 = 400 .
