I must be doing something wrong in the config but the Bulk Import feature only lists Root (greyed out, no drop down) of folders in the root. I've tried setting the upload to "load files from server" but it still does not show any folders. I've got the documents in the root but just can't select that folder.
Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin account of your site so that I can check your settings to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you?
