I want to use os property as the backbone of an online office space posting and rental site. I want property owners to be able to upload office space pictures and details, but I want site visitors to be able to book and pay rent for office space in increments of days, weeks or months. I would like for rental of office space to be paid to one paypal (owner of site's paypal); the site owner will disburse rental monies to the property owners after deducting a percentage for listing the property on the site. Can this be configured in os property...
An alternative would be for the uploaders of the different office space properties to charge for rent to their paypal accounts, but that a percentage of the rent paid is deducted and paid to the site owner...
Either of the above scenarios would be acceptable....
