Os-property: How to change the SEARCH module

Hi everybody,

I need to use the normale "os property" search module in home page but I need to personalize it. But I don't know how.

I just need a very simple search property area with only one row (like for example tripadvisor or airb&b..) with CATEGORY of property and CITY.

Two things:
1. does someone know how to have only one row in search module?
2. does someone know how to have only "city" in address search and not also "state" and "address".
