I want to know that when a person clicks on the festival and goes to info page of that festival - is it possible to have register for individual events during that festival from the festivals page?
Your question is not very clear. Each festival page is an article and you want users to be able to register for the event from that festival page ? If so, then it is possible. You can simply use ebregister plugin. This plugin will display registration form within an article and users can register for that event.
