Jdownloads import was created by dig814
I am thinking of trying Edocman because I want to move my site to Joomla 3. I now use jDownloads and it is not ready for Joomla 3 yet. I have about 100 categories and about 250 downloads. Is there any kind of tool/importer or way to make it easy to switch? I am comfortable editing database if needed.

Thanks
Dan

Hi Dan

Unfortunately, we don't have migration tool to migrate data from JDownloads into EDocman. However, we have a migration tool to migrate from Docman into EDocman. So if you know programming, I believe you can convert the tool to migrate data from JDownloads into EDocman, too.
