os property: custom field groups 4 property types

I am on the lookout for a component that has
custom fields / field groups for certain property types.
Does OS Property allow this?

What I mean is for example havining property types
for sale
as investment

investment would have custom fields like profit, but the field should only show for this type of properties, ideally also in the backend
so the user is not confused by all the extra fields.

Hi Ivan,
When you create the extra fields for OS Property, the extra fields will be shown in all properties. We can't show one field for properties in one type and not other.
