User-defined "campaign"

We have users who make general donations to our greyhound rescue group. Joom Donation will handle that very well. However, we also allow users to "sponsor" a particular greyhound, which means that there donation will be targeted to a specific hound rather than to the general organization. Because we have a reasonably high turnover of hounds, it isn't feasible to setup a campaign for each hound; it would just be too labor intensive and its very much overkill for that scenario. Is it possible to configure the donation form to allow a user to indicate which hound they wish to sponsor?
