EDCOMAN prerequisites and layout compatibility

I am sorry, but my previous post was not complete, so your reply was not clear too.
I am speaking about EDocMan.
Please two more questions:
1) what about hosting ? is there any particular needs with working platform ? Joomla version, SQL version, PHP version, and so on... ??
2) my website (which you can see at www.aviorama.travel ) is built up from a GAVICK template: I cannot imagine which page a registered user could land to, when going to see and download documents prepared for him .... Can I adapt the EDOCman layout to fit into my template ?
